Within the scope of technical visits organized by the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Afyon Kocatepe University, aimed at reinforcing students’ theoretical knowledge through practical experience and enabling direct interaction with the industry, a visit was conducted to MESALAS Tire Industry Inc. Emirdağ Plant.
The technical visit, held on Thursday, December 25, 2025, provided Business Administration students with the opportunity to gain on-site knowledge about tire production processes, production planning, human resources practices, marketing activities, and asset management processes. During the visit, the factory’s production lines and organizational structure were introduced in detail.

The technical visit was accompanied by Dr. Koray Gürpınar and Dr. Hale Fulya Kaya, faculty members of the Department of Business Administration, who supported the students’ academic and professional learning outcomes.
At the end of the visit, in recognition of the company’s contribution to university–industry cooperation and its hospitality toward students, a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Murat Hepdurluk, General Manager of MESALAS Tire Industry Inc., by Assoc. Prof. Hale Fulya Kaya, Vice Dean of the Faculty.
