Program Educational Objectives

  1. To educate qualified managerial candidates who can work in different departments of national and international organizations, effectively manage business functions, and create value.

  2. To educate entrepreneurial candidates who can establish national and international businesses with an innovative and entrepreneurial perspective, develop sustainable business models, and create added value.

  3. To educate professionals who can rapidly adapt to changes in the business world, follow developments in their field, and produce innovative solutions by effectively using technology in the digital transformation process.

  4. To educate individuals who improve their professional careers with lifelong learning awareness, specialize through graduate education by conducting original and independent scientific research in business administration, and progress in academic careers.

  5. To graduate individuals who adhere to ethical values in professional life, act with social responsibility in institutions and communities, and take active roles in professional and social organizations.

Program Learning Outcomes

  1. Has advanced conceptual and theoretical knowledge in the field of business administration.

  2. Has the ability to communicate acquired knowledge to stakeholders in the working environment, interpret events, identify problems, and propose solutions.

  3. Can perform assigned tasks independently by taking responsibility or collaboratively as a team member.

  4. Can analyze business-related issues using scientific methods and research techniques and produce information supporting decision-making processes.

  5. Can analyze and interpret current and emerging trends in business within the scope of lifelong learning.

  6. Can communicate effectively in written and oral form in their native language and at least one foreign language in business and academic environments.

  7. Has basic skills in using information and communication technologies in the field of business.

  8. Has the competence to understand the ethical dimensions of business decisions and act in accordance with social responsibility and sustainability principles.

  9. Has the competence to define business problems, develop alternative solutions, and implement them using critical and analytical thinking skills.

  10. Can read and analyze financial statements and effectively implement financial evaluation and financial management processes.
